Teleferic Grand offers a stunning location near ski slopes. I loved the massive breakfast buffet with a great variety of options, especially the fresh eggs made to order. The indoor swimming pool and spa facilities were impressive. However, the service at the restaurant was notably slow during dinner. One evening, a order mix-up occurred, resulting in my kid receiving fish fingers instead of chicken, which raised concerns due to allergies. Housekeeping removed our bathrobe without replacing it, which was inconvenient. Despite these hiccups, the ambiance remained charming with live music enhancing the dining experience. Overall, the hotel is well-maintained and clean, but improvements in staff training and efficiency could elevate the experience further.
